Ingredients:
- 1 pack of natural crêpes from Beauvoords Bakhuis
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- Coriander leaves
- 1 fresh chili to taste
- Pepper and salt
- 150 ml corn oil
Preparation:
- Halve the avocados and remove the stone and skin.
- Crush the flesh with a fork.
- Remove the seeds from the tomato.
- Cut the tomato and red onion into small pieces.
- Finely chop the chili and coriander.
- Squeeze the lime.
- Mix the red onion with the avocado, together with the chili and coriander.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Decorate with the chopped tomato
- Heat the corn oil in a pan
- Cut the crêpes into triangles with 6 cm sides.
- Place them one by one in the simmering corn oil and fry in the oil.
- Turn halfway through and remove when hard.
