Nacho crêpe dips

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of natural crêpes from Beauvoords Bakhuis
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 fresh chili to taste
  • Pepper and salt
  • 150 ml corn oil

Preparation:

  • Halve the avocados and remove the stone and skin.
  • Crush the flesh with a fork.
  • Remove the seeds from the tomato.
  • Cut the tomato and red onion into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the chili and coriander.
  • Squeeze the lime.
  • Mix the red onion with the avocado, together with the chili and coriander.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Decorate with the chopped tomato
  • Heat the corn oil in a pan
  • Cut the crêpes into triangles with 6 cm sides.
  • Place them one by one in the simmering corn oil and fry in the oil.
  • Turn halfway through and remove when hard.
