Ingredients:
- 500 grams of sweet Beauvoorde crêpes
- 500 grams of mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon
- 3 kiwis
- 2 trays of blueberries
- 2 trays of raspberries
Preparation:
- Take a nice plate or tray on which to present the cake beautifully.
- Start by mixing the mascarpone with the icing sugar, vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Mix 1/3 of the mascarpone with 2 and a half kiwis
- Mix 1/3 of the mascarpone with a cup and a half of raspberries
- Mix 1/3 of the mascarpone with aner and a half container of blueberries.
- Keep the rest of the fruit aside for decoration
- Build the cake starting with a pancake and spread 3 tablespoons of the fruit mascarpone on it choose 1 colour per layer.
- Put one pancake on top and spread the next layer of fruit mascarpone on the pancake.
- Build further in this way and finish with a pancake. Spread the remaining fruit on top and sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
