Ingredients:
- 400 grams of grated cheese (Emmental, Gruyere or Comte type)
- 400 grams cooked ham
- 9 natural plain crêpes from Beauvoorde
- Pepper or smoked paprika
- Butter
- Mixed lettuce
- Apple vinegar
Preparation
- Melt a knob of butter in the pan
- Place a pancake in the pan and sprinkle some ground cheese on half and top with a slice of ham.
- If desired, season with some pepper or paprika.
- Fold the pancake closed and turn it over as soon as the cheese is melting. Fry the second side as well.
- Mix the lettuce with some olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Serve together.
